About Us

Elexicon's strategists, designers, and developers provide a broad range of interactive communication services and expertise. We plan, design, build, and manage user-centered digital experiences for world-class clientele.

Our Principles

For over 20 years, we’ve built a talented team, strong client relationships, and a diverse portfolio of successful projects on three guiding principles that focus our creative vision and shape our agency culture:

The end is the beginning

We take Steven Covey’s second habit to heart: Begin with the end in mind — envision your creation before you physically create it. This thinking is the catalyst for our entire process and is central to what we do. We begin each project with research, scenarios and lots of questions, followed by visuals, concepts and prototypes. We always have the desired end result in sight while we focus on every detail required to get there.

Simplicity is Awesome

Musician Charles Mingus said it best: “Making the simple complicated is commonplace; making the complicated simple, awesomely simple, that’s creativity.” This mindset establishes clear priorities and purpose; reduces confusion and increases understanding; and replaces clutter and noise with impact and clarity. Some equate “simple” with boring and plain. To us, simplicity is beautiful and powerful.

Our Business is Personal

“All fine architectural values are human values, else not valuable.” These words from Frank Lloyd Wright capture the value we place on people: our team, our clients, and their users. All three groups are closely connected in our thinking and in our work. After all, we ultimately share the same goals: Happy, loyal customers and strong relationships based on digital experiences that people can easily understand and trust.

Our Team

We’re a close-knit, innovative team of web designers, developers and strategy experts. We bring unique talents, a common vision and uncommon passion to all of our projects.
